Jorge Villagran

In April 2014, Jorge joined the company as a dispatcher for the morning shift. In this role, Jorge would assist drivers and customers if there were any issues upon delivery or pick up. Jorge would also communicate with drivers to ensure they were not running late and would complete all pick-ups and deliveries. In November of 2014, Jorge was promoted to Lead Dispatch for the second shift where he would assist the dispatch supervisor with daily tasks. Jorge continued to take initiative, use problem solving skills, and took on additional responsibilities as a Lead Dispatcher. He was promoted to Dispatch Supervisor in July of 2015 for the second shift. In this role, Jorge led his team of planners and data entry clerks. He was tasked to ensure routes were planned in the most efficient and time effective manner to meet the goals of our customers along with building profitable routes for both owner operators and company drivers. Aside from working full time, Jorge attended college and earned his Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Mt. San Jacinto Community College in December 2018 and transferred over to California State University San Bernardino where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in April 2021. In June 2022, Jorge was promoted to Office Manager for the first shift. He maintains the office operations and procedures and acts as central control over seven customer service agents, while supporting the dispatch team, other departments as needed, and the terminal manager as well.
