How should I let you know about inbound shipments to your facility?
We will do our best to accommodate all urgent requests. We ask that you tell us what type of items are arriving with 72 hours notice with a standard inbound packing list, noting all items and quantities to be received. That is so we can ensure we are waiting for your goods and have assigned a space for them in one of our warehouses or LTL’s.

WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO SCHEDULE A PICK UP?
- Name and address of shipper
- Name and address of the Bill to should it be different than the shipper
- Name and address of destination
- Number of pieces/ number of pallets / weight
- Open and close times
- And any additional information such as PO numbers that need to be referenced.
HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE A TRUCKLOAD OR A SAME DAY LTL?
We can schedule truckload or a same day LTL, the day of; however we would prefer at least a 24 hour notice to ensure routing.
CAN WE USE EDI FOR OUR ORDERS?
Yes, we encourage the use of electronic data integration and are ready to support your account with top-of-the-line technology and an in-house support team. Reach out to your account manager to get started.
DO YOU OFFER WAREHOUSE SERVICES?
Yes, Total Transportation is the Transportation arm of Westset Logistics. Westset Logistics offers a combined 750’000 square feet of ventilated warehouse space that is strategically located in the Southern California region.
DO YOU OFFER GUARRANTEED ON TIME DELIVERY?

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY/PICK UP?
Once you’ve set up an online account with us you can check for BOL’s/POD’s/Invoices. You may also call us at 888-510-7200 or email us for status at [email protected].
CAN WE VIEW OR PRINT BOL AND TRACKING INFORMATION ONLINE?
Yes, our warehouse is fully integrated with technololgy and that means it is easy for you to find out exactly where your merchandise is located at any time. Let your account rep know that you want to access your account online, if you are not already set up to do so.
WHERE CAN I OBTAIN AN ETA?
Please sign into our portal for all important shipment information.
If attempting to look online please search via the CLI system by BOL/PRO/Quote number and look for a “Status Complete” message. This will tell you what is the current status whether it is picked up/Appointment required or delivered.
