In March 2018, Claudia joined the company as a customer service representative. Shortly after, in November of 2018, she was promoted to Transportation lead; Claudia was in constant contact with customers and drivers and provided excellent support. In January 2021, Claudia was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and played an integral part in automating customer services procedures while producing live data to improve our service. Today Claudia is the Customer service manager and an asset to the company.
